Guided Forest Walks and Ocean Swim

Paid Activity - WhatsApp Appointment

We invite you to explore the trails of the Pau Brasil Environmental Protection Area (APA), a region of extraordinary ecological richness that preserves important remnants of the Atlantic Forest and a great diversity of plant and animal species.

Join a guided walk through the forest, observing its biodiversity, learning about the importance of conserving this ecosystem, and enjoying an immersive experience in nature. Our journey leads to a beautiful nearby beach (José Gonçalves Beach or Peró Beach), where you can relax, admire the scenery, and enjoy a refreshing swim in the ocean.

More than just a walk, this is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and open yourself to the beauty and energy of this unique natural environment.

For many people, this forest holds a special energy that is expressed through the presence of a feminine force known as the Deva, regarded as the subtle guardian of the land. Those who walk these trails with attention and sensitivity may perceive her presence and receive her blessing, often symbolized by the appearance of beautiful blue butterflies accompanying the path.

The Importance of Walking in the Forest

Walking through the Atlantic Forest allows you to experience firsthand one of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet. Contact with ancient trees, the songs of birds, the fragrance of vegetation, and the presence of wildlife foster a deep sense of well-being, calm, and connection.

Numerous studies show that spending time in natural environments can help reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve mood, and promote greater mental clarity.

Encounters with Wildlife

Every walk is a unique experience. With a little luck, you may observe some of the region’s most remarkable species, including capuchin monkeys, the extraordinary golden lion tamarin—an endangered species—sloths, lizards, dragonflies, and a wide variety of birds.

Nature expresses itself here in countless ways, offering unexpected encounters and moments of genuine wonder. Each trail reveals new manifestations of life and reminds us of the importance of protecting this natural heritage for future generations.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is not a destination. It is a path that begins exactly where you are.

Meditation is not emptying the mind. It is not about reaching a state of silent perfection. Meditation is simply learning to observe—with less and less judgment and more and more presence—what is happening within us.
